NOC Belarus - 30 years!

On March 22, 1991 at constituent conference in Minsk National Olympic committee Belarusian is created by the Soviet Socialist Republic, from the moment of finding of independence of our country the National Olympic Committee which has received the name National Olympic komitet Republics Belarus. Belarus the chairman of the State Committee on Physical Training and Sports of BSSR Ryzhenkov Vladimir Nikolaevich is elected the first president of NOC.
