Vlasti of the Republic of Crimea will prepare the official appeal to United Nations because of water blockade of the peninsula by Ukraine, reported Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti" with reference to the permanent representative Republic of Crimea at President of the Russian Federation, the Deputy Prime Minister of Government regiona Georgy Lvovich Muradov.
