"The question dropped out of the actual agenda": whether will change Kiev policy concerning national minorities on an appeal of EU

EU counts that the authorities Ukraine will adopt the law on the rights of ethnic minorities and will begin with them constructive dialogue. It was declared by the eurocommissioner on expansion and policy of the neighbourhood Oliver Varkheyi. Earlier Kiev promised to accept such document, however since then the provision of national minorities only worsened, and as a result the country still did not fulfill the requirement of EU.
