The climatic horizon with a stock on industrial growth

Yesterday Vladimir Putin signed the decree number 666 about reduction of emissions of greenhouse gases Russian Federation by 2030 to 70% of level of 1990 taking into account the greatest possible absorbing ability of the woods. Experts note that the new purpose de facto allows the essential growth of emissions in comparison with the current level and will be executed without additional efforts. Ecologists consider it "not ambitious", especially against statements and plans of other countries.
