Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation suggested to turn multipurpose centers (MFTs) into the uniform canal of interaction of citizens and businessmen with state agencies. Almost in one window it will be possible to submit claims to court or statements in police, to register marriages and to accept municipal payments. Also at MFTs there will be institute the representative by the rights of applicants who will protect interests of citizens.
