After training and project occupations teenagers will check the abilities, will positively estimate the further plans and actions, - Mutriba Akhmedova speaks. – Each participant of the project passes two types of training: financial literacy and skills of advance businesses; leader skill and negotiating. Generally, are provided, 16 trainings for 8 groups in three target regions of the project Shurab, Histevarz and Chkalovsk". In clubs of debate which are one of other components of the project, teenagers train in conducting disputes and debate round concrete tem. Takzhe in end meetings of leaders, participants of the project, with those young people who used last project of the "Construct the Future Today" center will be organized and reached advance in the sphere businesses. At meetings these successful leaders as "elder brothers and the sister" will give to participants of the project advice, and will answer consultation their questions. At these meetings local leaders of social and economic spheres also will be able to take part. Carrying out the first occupations in all groups showed that the project becomes the true assistant for vulnerable layers of younger generation – children – orphans and with limited opportunities in increase of level of financial knowledge, enterprise skills and finding of the status by them in society.
