"I completely agree with opinion of residents of Nizhny Novgorod who consider that in our city there is too much persuasive garbage advertizing. It is chaotically placed, without any order and does not look ordered. For me worst of all advertisements of a small format which owners businesses paste on a door of the institutions or round them, on walls look. The city exists for the inhabitants, and such number of advertizing disturbs, tires and deprives of opportunity to admire architecture", – the deputy of Municipal duma noted.
