International Olympic Committee got into bedrooms of Russians

Officials International Olympic Committee, seemingly, decided to demoralize finally the Russian athletes which small group after all is allowed on the Olympic Games to Pyeongchang. Rules of behavior of athletes who on pain of full disqualification are forbidden to use a national flag and to sing the anthem Russian Federation are published.
