RIAMO - 25 Dec. Deputies of Regional Duma of Moscow in the first quarter 2018 plan to deal densely with a development issue volunteering in the region, the bill "About Voluntary (Volunteer) Activity in the Territory Moscow region" which will allow not only to regulate the status of the volunteer will be considered, but also will give the chance to compensate part of expenses, Regionalny parlament are told in the message of the press service.
"Following, 2018 to Russian Federation is declared for Year of the volunteer and the volunteer. In this regard volunteering Regional Duma of Moscow will pay to development questions special attention. We have to support volunteers, give them necessary help, define, at last, their official status", - the chairman of Moscow regional Duma Igor Bryntsalov told.
He emphasized that Regionalny parlament will consider the bill "About Voluntary (Volunteer) Activity in the Territory Moscow region" which will allow to regulate the status of the volunteer, opportunity to compensate expenses on journey, accommodation and additional training, and also granting the necessary equipment.
"We have to debug most effectively the mechanism of institute of volunteering taking into account our regional features and, eventually, create favorable conditions for it developments", – Igor Bryntsalov added.
Besides, next quarter in Regional Duma of Moscow there will pass the round table devoted to development of volunteering in the sphere of culture and tourism, and also a round table on problems of law-enforcement practice of the voluntary (volunteer) organizations.
Earlier President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin noted that 2018 to Russian Federation becomes Year of the volunteer and the volunteer.
