Along with general laws of citizens in the field of protection and use of fauna, preservation and restoration of the environment of its dwelling they are allocated with the special rights, such, as the right for application of traditional methods of getting of objects of fauna and products their activity, and also the right for priority using fauna. For representatives of the indigenous small people of the North hunting remains to one of main types of traditional environmental management. Legislation improvement infringes on vital interests of all representatives of the indigenous small people of the North in this sphere.
