As were noted by Kropaneva Irina , today the youth by right can be considered as the most active, dynamic and progressive part of society, however as for political affairs, election campaigns and vote on elections – as a rule, the position young is a little passive.
B Sysolsky district for many years about 50 percent of young people aged from 18 till 35 years included in electoral registers, took part in vote. Elections in September, 2016 when as a whole the turnout of voters fell became an exception: 28 percent of youth took part in vote.
