the Main subject of discussion became changes in the charter Federal state-financed institution "FKP Rosreestra", allocating Federal cadastral chamber new functions. These changes consider needs for new kinds of activity for several spheres of the cadastral relations.
Among new provisions of the charter of establishment of power of the operator federal state maintaining the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRRE). Also the branch plans to perform cadastral works concerning real estate objects of federal property and to transfer the archival register affairs which are storing on papers to an electronic form.
As the branch director Oleg Mikheev noted, that the Cadastral chamber had an opportunity to perform cadastral works, is a measure for competition development in the market of cadastral : "Appearance of the new supplier of in the form of Cadastral chamber is equitable to interests of citizens, businessmen, authorities and self-government".

Thanks to such integrated approach the synergetic effect will be reached. For example, work on correction of register mistakes and cadastral works will help us to fill with qualitative information of EGRN, and development of new information will help with rendering analytical and consulting ", – Oleg Mikheev noted.
