"From the middle of 2014 to the present Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on Moscow region initiated more than 200 proceedings on cartel arrangement on maintenance of the prices at electronic for needs of executive authorities and establishments Moscow region", - told Aleksey Azarenko during public discussions of results of law-enforcement practice of Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on Moscow region for the II quarter 2017.
It explained that in 2014 department initiated 20 proceedings against cartels, in 2015 - 65 cases, in 2016 - 75 cases. For the first half of the year 2017 situated near Moscow OFAS Russian Federation initiated 37 proceedings on arrangement of cartels at .
According to him, proceedings are initiated in the relation more than 400 companies which have taken part more than in 2 thousand for the sum, exceeding 2 billion rubles. More than 40 obligatory instructions for execution are issued.

According to him, following the results of hearing of cases about violation for 2014-2017 are initiated more than 350 administrative proceedings. More than 300 resolutions for the administrative offenses excited in the relation of societies and their officials for violation of article Federal law of the Russian Federation of 26 July 2006 No. 135-FZ "On the Protection of Competition" for the sum more than 150 million rubles are taken out.
