RIAMO - 17 Sep. the Total amount of penalties for violation antitrust laws in the power industry sphere in Moscow Region in 2018 made about 3,5 million rubles, the deputy head of Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on Moscow region Aleksey Azarenko.
According to him, antimonopoly control in the sphere of power industry covers production, transfer, technical accession, delivery the electric power.
"In three quarters in the management address Federal Antimonopoly Service from legal persons and citizens looked down 720 addresses about violation of the rules of technological accession to power industry networks, it is 20% more than for the similar period of last year. Management initiated 127 proceedings on an administrative offense, 58 resolutions on imposing of penalties for total amount about 3,5 million rubles are taken out. Total amount of the paid penalties made today 3,3 million rubles", - told Aleksey Azarenko during public discussions of law-enforcement practice of Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on Moscow region.
He specifiedthat it about 80% of violations concerned non-compliance with terms of technical accession to the networks, about 12% of violations - illegal imposing by the network organizations of services, about another 9% are connected with illegal refusal to the applicant in technological accession to electric networks.
"Responsibility for violations of the rules of technological accession for officials - from 10 thousand to 40 thousand, on legal entities - from 100 thousand to 500 thousand rubles", - concluded Aleksey Azarenko.
