The runner Chermoshanskaya Julia will go to court Lausanne

the Russian runner Chermoshanskaya Julia intends to challenge the decision of the International association of track and field athletics federations (IAAF) on disqualification because of positive doping test from the Olympic Games-2008 of year. The sportswoman will appeal to Sports arbitration court in Lausanne. About it reports TACC with reference to the president All-Russian federation of track and field athletics Shlyakhtin Dimitri. the National team Russian Federation on track and field athletics left by p without "gold" of the Olympic Games of 2008 in Beijing in relay 4×100 to m after recheck of doping tests from the Olympic Games in Beijing. As it is reported on the official site of International Olympic Committee (International Olympic Committee), test Chermoshanskaya Julia yielded positive result on two forbidden substances — stenozolola and degidrokhlormetiltestosterona (turinabola).

In May of mass media published the list from 14 Russian athletes, whose doping tests at the Games in Beijing yielded positive result. This is Abakumova Maria (javelin throw), Chicherova  Anna (high jumps), runners Abitova Inga, Alekseev Denise, Volkova Catherina, Kapachinskaya Anastasiya, Firova Tatyana, Chermoshanskaya Julia, weight-lifters Yevstyukhina Nadezhda and Shainova Maria, the oarsman Kornilov Alexander, Nizhegorodov Denise (sports walking), Yushkov Yvan (shot put) and Pogorelov Alexander (decathlon)

Now Chermoshanskaya Julia and some more runners have to return to p medals. Instead of them sportswomen from Belgium which following the results of competition showed the second result will be awarded. "Silver" will pass to team Nigeria, and bronze — to the Brazilians, come running the fourth.
