Within the championship played 18 sets of medals in singles and the two at distances of 200, 500 and 1000 meters. For medals about 100 athletes from Tver, Vyshny Volochyok and Konakovo district fought. Among participants there were prize-winners and participants of the championships Russian Federation, the world and Europe.
