Wine-growers Republic of Crimea asked to simplify import of import saplings

In Republic of Crimea there are no own nurseries of saplings, and deficiency qualitative landing materials remains to one of the main obstacles of developments branches. Now saplings can be delivered from Italy and Serbia, but the quantity allowed for import to Russian Federation grades is limited, and analysis on diseases takes months.
