The secretary general of United Nations will take part in council of Foreign Ministers of the countries of EU and meeting of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe

The secretary general of United Nations Ban Ki-moon will address members of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe "on three connected subjects: restrictions of civil society, lifting of violent extremism and emergency to build the steady future".
