Законопроект о частной охране прошел второе чтение
Регулировать частную охранную деятельность хотят отдельным законом, а также наделить охранников рядом полномочий, в том числе по обезвреживанию беспилотников. Такой законопроект группы депутатов Госдума приняла во втором чтении 19 ноября.
