Иноагентам запретят финансировать частных охранников
Частным охранникам хотят дать новые полномочия и регулировать работу охранных предприятий и детективов двумя отдельными законами. Законопроекты о регулировании частной охраны и частного сыска (№ 155863-8 и № 155871-8 ) могут рассмотреть во втором чтении 19 ноября. В Комитете Госдумы по безопасности и противодействию коррупции на заседании 13 ноября поддержали поправки, которые позволят вооружить частных охранников, работающих в торговых центрах, и разрешат иностранцам заниматься детективной деятельностью только при заключении Россией соответствующих международных договоров.
