МЧС может получить право утверждать свои образовательные программы для добровольных пожарных. Как сообщают «Известия», соответствующий законопроект на рассмотрение в Думу внесет зампред Комитета ГД по безопасности и противодействию коррупции, депутат фракции «Единая Россия» Анатолий Выборный.
