Группа депутатов внесла в Госдуму законопроект, направленный на совершенствование обучения добровольной пожарной охраны. Соответствующий документ 11 ноября опубликован в электронной базе палаты. Сейчас законодательство предусматривает полномочие МЧС на разработку и утверждение программ профподготовки и повышения квалификации добровольных пожарных, однако конкретные программы разрабатывают образовательные учреждения на основании соответствующей лицензии, из-за чего возникает противоречие.
