On December 18 in Government of Ryazan region the ceremony of rewarding of winners and prize-winners of a regional stage the All-Russian competitions "The Russian organization of high social efficiency" took place. On behalf of the Governor Pavel Malkov its participants were welcomed by the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the region Natalia Suvorov.
