Employees of a security guard and patrol service of police of Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the Vladivostok city police staff sergeants Stanislas Baranov and Plotnikov Eugenie helped the 16-year-old young man who has fallen from height. Police officers were on a patrol route when received information on falling of the person from height. In a minute employees arrived to a scene.
