In Bugulma district the man is condemned for failure to pay the alimony

Bugulma district Gorodskoye village prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan held the state charge on criminal case concerning the 35-year-old resident. Court found it guilty of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 157 (failure to pay by the parent without valid excuse in defiance of the solution of vessels funds for the maintenance of minor children if this act is made repeatedly). In court it is established that the defendant, being earlier brought to administrative responsibility for failure to pay the alimony, again from April 25 to July 31, 2023 made similar act.
