The last meeting of the Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak with oil industry workers came to the end with indicative directives. Now Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation will have to coordinate for the oil companies "balance of productions winter diesel fuel in the country for all season of demand – until the end of March".
