The climatic agenda in the conditions of new political reality

Conference of the parties of the Framework convention of United Nations (COP28) which passed in Dubai and has collected of "7" more than 70 thousand participants, proved again that the subject of climatic changes is important for many countries. Delegates showed readiness together to solve ecoproblems, despite disagreements existing in world politics. Among participants of the Russian delegation there were also representatives of the Scientific and educational center "Yenisei Siberia".
