TOKYO, 14 Dec – RIA Novosti news agency. Heads of political council of Liberal democratic party of Japan and the ex-Minister of Economics Koiti Khagiuda, the chairman of committee on interaction with parliament and the secretary general of fraction of the ex-prime minister Shinzo Abe Tsuesi Takagi on Thursday resigned in connection with scandal over the system of "kickbacks" existing in party, reported NHK TV channel. In the morning on Thursday four members of the government Fumio Kisida because of scandal with kickbacks in party retired: secretary general of the government to Khirokadzu Matsuno, Minister of Economics, trade and industry...
