Russia and Belarus unify the legislation in the sphere of payment of the alimony

Ministers of Justice of the Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus Konstantin Chuychenko and Khomenko Sergei signed the protocol on modification of the Agreement on an order of mutual performance of judicial resolutions on cases of collecting the alimony. About it it is spoken in the message of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. The protocol was signed on December 13 at the meeting which has taken place in Minsk of the Joint board of the Ministries of Justice of Union States. As it is noted in the message of the Russian department, the special attention at a meeting was paid to problem questions in the field of bilateral observance of executive documents. "...
