The government of Russia plans to reach average date of receipt of licenses for business in 10 days, now it averages 15 days. About it journalists were reported on December 11 by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation — the head of administration of Cabinet of Ministers Dmitry Grigorenko.
