The State Duma entered payment the matkapitala only for children with nationality of the Russian Federation on the birth the State Duma at plenary session adopted in the third reading the law defining purpose of payments on a maternity capital exclusively to citizens of Russia for children, obtained nationality on the birth. The relevant document was published on a site of the lower house.
