The president of Russia Vladimir Putin updated structure of the State Council and included in it heads of new regions of the country — Denis Pushilin (DNR), Leonid Ivanovich Pasechnik (LNR), Vladimir Saldo (The Kherson area) and Eugenie Balitsky (The Zaporozhye area).
