Egypt on the eve of presidential election

On December 10-12, 2023 in Egypt (Arab Republic of Egypt) there passes presidential election. Following the results of the referendum held in 2019, amendments among which — partial zeroing of terms that allowed the incumbent president of the country Abdul-Fattakh Said Hussein Khalil as-Sisi once again to stand to a position of the head of state were adopted to the constitution of the country. Powers of the president had to work till March of the next year.
