Russian Federal agentsov forestry and the Belarusian Minleskhoz signed "the forest memorandum" in the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Victoria Abramchenko and the deputy prime minister of Belarus Petr Aleksandrovich Parkhomchik.
