Annually since 2007 the International day of the artist is celebrated on December 8. The holiday is devoted to representatives of one of the professions most ancient in the world who do our world finer. The majority of people got used to call artists of those who goes in for fine arts, but in a broader sense the word "artist" can be carried to art workers as a whole.
