National epidemic overtook Romania. What is known of a disease?

About 2000 people in 29 districts caught measles already. Epidemic reason in insufficient vaccination. On a site Ministry health care of Romania declared the beginning of epidemic of measles in the state. Cases became frequent so that now it diagnosed for 2000 inhabitants in 29 districts. The reason of epidemic consists that many children do not pass vaccination: now vaccination did only slightly more than a half against all minors.
