The head of board NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION JOINT-STOCK COMPANY NRD Victor Zhidkov reported that from 27 professional participants two brokers obtained licenses for an unblocking of the frozen assets of clients from the European regulators. he did not provide the name of companies.
