Global management during an era of an aggravation of the competition between great powers

In the conditions of a competition aggravation between great powers global management (GU) became challenged. It could not but find the reflection in scientific literature. How structural transformation of system of the international relations was reflected in researches GU? On the one hand, this question allows to structure and overdose the scientific literature devoted to this phenomenon.
