Cooperation became possible thanks to participation of both museums in Baltiysk a cultural forum in April of this year where between them the cooperation agreement was concluded. In days of the Museum festival Norilsk will plunge into the literary, musical and fantastic prechristmas atmosphere of Kaliningrad-Konigsberg.
