Participants of COP28 will create fund of support of the poor countries suffering from climate changes

Moscow. November 30. information agency "Interfaks" - Participants of the COP28 conference in Dubai agreed to found fund which will help to compensate to the poorest countries of the world economic damage from climate change, writes newspaper "The Guardian". The edition called this arrangement significant achievement. United Arab Emirates and Germany promised $100 million in the fund which volume has to be attached to growth of the expenses caused by spontaneous accidents and such being aggravated phenomena as increase of level of the World Ocean, acidulation of oceans and thawing of glaciers".
