Annoying spam calls want to punish ruble

Legislators Bryansk Region suggested to establish penalties for spam calls and advertizing of microfinancial organizations. Such bill passed the first reading at plenary session of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on November 30. The document establishes administrative responsibility for violation Federal law of the Russian Federation of 13 March 2006 No. 38-FZ "On Advertising", telecommunication extended on networks, providing administrative penalties for citizens at the rate from 10 thousand to 20 thousand rubles; for officials — from 20 thousand to 100 thousand rubles; for legal entities — from 300 thousand to one million rubles.
