From "Frans Africa" to "Ambisyon-Africa": opportunities for a neutrality

In the second half of the XX century the new era of the African policy France began. In the 1960th the majority of the states of Africa gained independence, and the country started adapting for new realities: on the one hand, supported policy of independence of the new states and "farewells to colonial heritage", with another — started creating tools for further interaction. For designation of the arch of these tools the term "Frans Africa" (France-Afrique) which gradually turned into system of the French policy in Africa was used.
