On November 28 in Atom pavilion No. 19 on JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "VDNKH" in Moscow the ceremony of opening of a film festival of documentary films Knowledge took place. The cinema devoted activity of the Soviet film director and the screenwriter, one of founders and theorists of documentary cinema of Dzigi Vertov. The educational event will take place within the International Russia exhibition forum and will come to the end on December 2 with the announcement of names of winners in 6 nominations of a film festival.
