Belarus finished memorandum ratification according to the accession to The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation

President of the Republic Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed the law on ratification of the memorandum on obligations Minsk on receiving the status of the member The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation).
