At the beginning of June, 2023 regional offices of two All-Russian public organizations – veterans of criminal and executive system and veterans of Armed forces Russian Federation concluded the cooperation agreement. The ceremony of signing of the official document took place in GUFSIN Russian Federation on Novosibirsk Region. The veteran organization of penitentiary department of the region was represented by Solovyev Youri – the chairman of the board, the colonel of internal service in resignation.
