A unification of cultures in the cultural capital

Source: social and political weekly journal "Literaturnaya gazeta" the Forum of the integrated cultures – under such new name in Saint Petersburg which, as we know, in 2023 is declared by the cultural capital Commonwealth of Independent States, took place the IX International cultural forum. It proceeded three days, and its subject at the request of the president was defined as "History and the present in art culture". Over 50 states of the world sent official delegations to a forum, 34 countries directed the Ministers of Culture.
