The main announcements on November 23 the President of Russia Vladimir Putin will take part in work of the summit of the Organization of the Contract on collective security (ODKB) in Minsk. In the same place the head of state will hold a bilateral meeting with the president of Kazakhstan Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev and negotiations with the president of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
