The general director of shopping and recreation center "Winter cherry" in Kemerovo Nadezhda Suddenok whom condemned on criminal case about a fire for 13 years and 4 months of a colony, was exempted from punishment because of health deterioration. About it told TASS in the press service of Mariinsky city court. "The medical diagnosis of the condemned is included in the list of the diseases interfering serving of punishment condemned to imprisonment", – added in court, without having specified, a concrete type of a disease Nadezhda Suddenok.
