Mortgage lending of construction of private houses will update a record

Mortgage delivery for the individual housing construction (IHC) in Russia following the results of a year will reach a record - 440 billion rubles, counted VTB. It is three times more, than last year. In January-October mortgage delivery on private housing construction grew to 360 billion rubles that more than twice exceeds result for all 2022.
