Literary competition of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Kind word" is held according to the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation No. 323 of 29.05.2017. In the current year it took place already the 15th time. The sent creative works were considered in the nominations: "Novel (story)", "Story", "Poem (poem)", "My police (prose)" and "My police (poetry)". The jury awarded also special prize of a name of the honored worker of arts of the Russian Federation Khrutsky Edouard.
